Job Responsibilities
* Learn and demonstrate an exceptional understanding of company services in order to communicate them to new and existing clients.
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and targerts, and provide a quality service at all times.
* Maintain fruitful relationships with new and existing clients while exploring new opportunities for the company.
* Consistently provide updates to management regarding sales opportunities and developments.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree holder
* Experience in both pre and after sales environments
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Proficient in database management and IT
* The ability to work well in a team and demonstrate history of achieving results
