E-Commerce/Digital Executive

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As the consumers buying behaviour shift toward digital solution (online and
mobile apps) and the Retail business also moved into digital solution like
(ERP system for Retail)

The Job Purpose is to transform Existing Channels (Tradition Retail,
Projects), into digital solution (CRM, E-Commerce, ERP Systems and POS), by
creating one Digital Strategy fulfilling Governmental and Global Requirement.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and Manage all Master Painter Application (vendors, backend, reports, call center activities)
* Maintain and Manage JW digital Program (vendors, backend, reports, call center activities).
* Manage all Digital Initiative/Programs (E-Commerce, Book a Paint/Painters)
* Testing dealers' systems for linking with the Jotun's platforms
* Monitoring the platform operations, troubleshooting, customer complaints, dealers' performance, and their level of service through carry regular customer satisfaction surveys.
