* nsure all inbound shipments are scheduled and processed in accordance with DC policies while maintaining the KPIs & SLAs. A
* ssess current processes, identify gaps, and initiate improvements to optimize DC operations. P
* repare Roster and allocate resources to meet the varying seasonal loads and requirements. E
* ngage proactively with internal customers ( b rand teams ) to ensure compliance with DC processes. S
* upervise floor team leaders, ensuring they maintain process adherence and uphold housekeeping standards within DC. D
* esign and organize training sessions for floor supervisors and team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with DC processes. P
* eriodically review the performance of team members, offering feedback, guidance, and support. S
kills/Qualifications required: B
* achelor's degree in engineering. A certification or equivalent degree in supply chain management is preferred. M
* inimum 4 years of experience in Distribution center management in the Retail industry would be preferred. E
* xcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders. A
