About the Role
As Manager, Training , you will be responsible for assisting the Manager,
Quality and Training to develop, plan and manage learning and development
programs for the Contact Centre to meet both the individual and organizational
needs. You will work alongside, mentor and develop a pool of departmental and
developmental trainers to ensure that regular, consistent and inspiring
training is delivered to fulfill the needs of all operational departments. You
will also support with ensuring the Quality Framework is incorporated into all
training plans.


About You
A successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of ‎5
years' experience in Hotel, Contact Center operations or Reservations. We are
looking for an experience trainer with in depth knowledge of how to develop,
build and deliver outstanding training for multi skilled operations.
Experience of sales and guest/customer experience operationally is essential.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrive
on working in a face paced team environment.
