Charterhouse is working with an established organisation in Dubai, who is
looking to hire Contact Centre Agents and Team Leaders to support their
expanding business.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to provide superior service in support
across both phone and email. You will be a master at listening and
understanding whilst making sure to handle all communication in a professional
and respectful way, handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
You will also be responsible for certain account enquiries, customer
complaints, as well as support issues and responding accordingly. All queries
must be actioned in a prompt and accurate manner.
Team leaders will supervise and coordinate their team of agents, supporting
them in providing high level service, handling difficult cases and drafting
daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidates are expected to be highly
motivated and enthusiastic professionals. Excellent communication skills in
English, both written and spoken is essential for this role, with additional
languages being advantageous. Agents require 1 year experience and Team
Leaders would be considered with at least 4 years ' experience.
Experience within community or facilities management would be of added value
but not essential. This role requires a dedicated professional with excellent
communication skills. Please note due to the nature of the business the
contact centre operates 24/7.
