How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible to ensure publishing
of Cartier products on the Maison websites, create a cohesive customer
journey, and continuously optimize the online user experience and catalogue
discovery in order to increase conversions and grow sales revenues. They will
play a key role as part of the Commercial Team in KSA and will report directly
to the E-Commerce Manager - KSA. You will be responsible for the product
catalogue management, collaborate with the e-Commerce team to define and
perform for onsite optimizations such as product recommendations,
upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements and assess,
adapt and integrate new E-merchandising HQ initiatives into the local CMS. In
addtion you will define content needs for website pages as per yearly calendar
and KSA market needs, adapt & optimize page layouts and catalogue selections
to strategically trade the website and ensure cross functional alignment &
collaboration (CRM, MarCom, Commercial)
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in
English and Arabic (both written and spoken) with excellent communication
skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You have previous
experience working on Salesforce & a sound understanding of Google Analytics
in order to analyze client data & consumer trends from an e-com lense. You
have worked in complimentary industries such as beauty, FMCG, retail or luxury
and have a passion and desire for the luxury industry. In addition, you have a
minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role focussing on e-com, with
some understanding of the fundamentels of supply chain and logistics.
