What to Expect
The Sales & Delivery Team is seeking a Sales Trainer to deliver and develop
engaging virtual and on-site Training sessions for our field teams across all
markets. This position plays a key role in enabling our Teams to be their best
and support our growth by ensuring consistency in our Sales & Delivery
processes and techniques. The ideal candidate will help us stay effective and
efficient in our daily activities by closing knowledge gaps and acting as a
trusted coach and mentor.
We are looking for a great communicator who is passionate about helping others
and can articulate complex concepts into easy-to-understand formats. In
addition to excellent facilitation skills, the ideal candidate should display
a hands-on approach and flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment. In
this role you will contribute to Tesla's Learning Culture by applying First
Principle Thinking and working effectively to drive forward the Learning &
Development agenda.
What You'll Do
* Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led Training and Onboarding sessions across the market
* Create an engaging learning environment by applying different training strategies and adult learning methodologies, including for on-the-job learning
* Identify, analyze, and share training feedback, outcomes and knowledge gaps to enable continued improvements across regions and facilitate training programs to overcome them
* Collaborate with Regional and EMEA L&D teams to gather, translate and build localized training content
* Review and support rollouts of EMEA Training Programs and any major changes across the region
* Ensure a streamlined feedback loop between the Leadership teams and the field to enable continued improvements to our overall organizational performance
* Stay informed about industry trends and implement Learning & Development best practices
What You'll Bring
* Experience facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions, ideally 1+ year Tesla experience
* Prior education in Communication, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent experience
* Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
* Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of adult learning methodologies
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to travel up to 70% of the time within the region
