Mission
Define the worldwide Perfume Training strategy and ensure its local
implementation. Develop training contents and tools to be delivered to WW
Trainers for local programs ' deployment. Train the WW Trainers in order to
make sure to convey the key messages about Brand positioning, products'
portfolio, novelties and related olfactive characteristics.
Main Accountabilities
* Contribute to the definition of the yearly training strategy and plans
* Analyze training needs and propose actions.
* Manage Support Budget.
* Develop all corporate training tools to be used by local Trainers (both Bulgari and Distributors Trainers) for all Training sessions (Domestic, Distributors, Travel Retail, exc): briefs to agencies, content research, translations of the tools, local adaptations, quantity collection, delivery to Markets:
* Bulgari Training Composer
* Bulgari Training Composer for Distributors
* Fragrance Collection Book
* Training reminders
* Olfactive Kit
* Train all local Bulgari + Distributors' Trainers on all existing lines, new launches and Bulgari's history.
* Manage the World Wide Train the Trainers meeting, at least twice per year
* Research and set up locations, invitations, transfer services (handling transports, arrivals and departures, accommodations, catering , gift bags)
* Manage agencies, suppliers, participants and the set-up of the venues.
* Support local trainers in managing key training programs and projects.
