To assist the Recruitment Manager, in providing talented pool of
candidates across different levels of various Business units and ensuring the
quality of in-house recruitment team by sourcing the right candidates who
blend well into Juma Al Majid culture.
*
Shortlist candidates grade 10 and below through the available recruitment
portals to ensure optimum utilization of resources and reduce cost with the
help of job postings on different available portals.
* Communicating with the hiring manager regarding the open position to get a better understanding of the profile requirements of the position
* Initial screening and interviewing the shortlisted candidates as per the job description and requirements shared by the hiring Manager.
* Reviewing and updating the manpower plan for respective Business Unit once candidate is selected.
* In case of replacement, communicating with the ER Manager for any discrepancies in salary, grade, designation and resignation/termination date as compared to the replacement staff.
* Conduct verification interviews of candidates selected by Business units directly for grade 10 and below to verify whether they are suitable for the selected position as per the job description.
* Collect candidate's documents for grade 10 and below
* Communicate with the references provided to do the reference check for grades 10 and below
* Communicate with the selected candidates to keep them informed about the offer letter details and JAM policies.
* Create onboarding request for IT requirements for the selected and existing candidates.
* Update recruitment tracker to keep a record of the entire recruitment process and candidate 's recruitment records.
* Conduct promotion interviews
Requirements**
Work Experience:
*
5 Years of total work experience.
* Minimum 3 years of HR/Admin experience required
Language and IT Skills:
*
Bilingual, Spoken and written high proficiency (English is necessary) Arabic
and /or Urdu is an advantage.
* Advanced IT literacy.
