The Role
* Day-to-day contact and key relationship holder across one of our key accounts.
* Managing projects and campaigns across all aspects of agency scope, predominately:
* Strategy
* Campaign development & execution
* Social media always-on management
* Social media reporting & analytics
* Work in close collaboration with the Sr. Ad, Client Services Director, Strategy, Creative, Performance and Social team to deliver world class digital campaigns for our exciting client.
* Work closely with client stakeholders and partner agencies to define business requirements and manage delivery of project and campaigns across platforms.
* Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders working closely to ensure teams are briefed and campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
* Identify opportunities within the client's business to integrate creative ideas with digital delivery.
* Drive digitally innovative strategic thinking across the account.
The Proof
* Experience understanding the social/digital landscape and tools.
* Account management experience with multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
* Sound understanding of digital agency working process as well as clients across a range of categories.
* Thorough understanding of full project process across briefing through delivery ensuring jobs are managed well financially and are efficiently using resources to meet client needs.
* Thorough understanding of campaign analysis and reporting as well as developing strategic thought leadership pieces based on results from campaigns.

* Ability to handle client expectations for tight deadlines
* An exceptional eye for detail.
* Ability to flawlessly manage multiple campaigns / projects with effective ease.
* Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player working across a range of both agency and client teams (creative, tech, analytics).
* Strong and confident presentation skills - able to present agency work to key stakeholders
* A passion for communication and a keen learner
* Accountable for his/her actions with a desire to grow with the organization.
