Description
You as a HR Business Partner will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in
Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with
employees and management. Serving as a consultant to management on human
resource-related issues. Acting as an employee champion and change agent,
assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively
with our HR and business management, seeking to develop integrated solutions.
Your responsibilities
* HR process implementation: Managing processes for assigned region based on Hub guidance and HR Management instructions. Overseeing implementation of all HR processes within region, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, workforce reduction, and other processes as applicable. Partnering with other colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve targets through business and HR action plans. Using HR Services resources and providing feedback or input based on experiences into the development and or the implementation of new or improved processes or products or services to support business strategies.
* Business strategic alignment: Participating in the definition of short and long-term business objectives and defining the local strategic HR priorities to support business strategy in alignment with HR policies and guidelines.
* HR solutions: Partnering with managers and functions in the region to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counseling business leadership on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives.
* Industrial relations: Overseeing activities regarding industrial relations and organized labor within region.
* Representation: Representing HR in the business, builds partnerships between employees, HR and Managers. Offering HR solutions and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legislation and HR policies and adhering to occupational Health & safety and compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
* People leadership and Development: Ensuring that the region is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Your background
* A bachelor 's degree in relevant field.
* Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
