About the Role


The Admissions Executive supports the delivery and achievement of cluster-
level sales and enrolment targets and also acts as the first point of contact
for all leads in their dedicated cluster of schools, nurturing calls through
to conversion. The role holder is accountable for improving conversion rates
for their allocated cluster of schools.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage high-volume outbound calls to all leads for focus schools within ‎48 hours.
* Responsible for accurate data entry in Salesforce around lead management and registration.
* Drive the lead qualification process to increase conversion to a school tour and registration.
* Oversee the top of the sales funnel for focus schools to optimise conversions.
* Maintain household accounts within Salesforce to ensure ‎360 view of customers in the assigned cluster.
* Work in partnership with the Sales & Enrolment Business Partner (who will liaise with the Marketing counterpart) to identify lead generation needs for the assigned cluster.
Expected Qualifications:
* High School certificate / Degree preferred.
* Expected Experience: At least ‎3 years' experience working in a customer-facing and sales role.
* School Admission and local Dubai experience preferred.
