Job Purpose:
Operations Performance Analyst, reporting to the Business Process Improvement
Manager , who will manage day to day operations escalations, performance
reports, monitoring special projects, conducting data analysis to assist in
analyzing quality results, reviewing process gaps, and suggesting improvements
also to support in forecasting the continuous business activity.
Key Accountabilities:
* Capability of handling customer escalations and issues, by resolving in coordination with internal departments and teams.
* Monitor operations & projects performance KPI via reports and dashboards.
* Prepare professional business presentations.
* Hands on experience with complex excel/smartsheet functions/Power BI for data analysis.
* Prepare SOPs for the logistics team and special projects as per company standards.
* Prepare Audits for the logistics team and special projects to ensure we are meeting contracts and business agreements.
* Review, propose solutions and improve the service quality issues.
* Support with SQL queries for data reports and VBA scripts to automate.
* Manage day to day manual reports, monitor BI failures and support in tasks assigned to seniors.
* Any task which is assigned by Operation Performance Manager within the Job description.
Basic/ Job Requirements:
* Master's degree in supply chain or related fields.
* English proficiency.
* Computer & Application Proficiency:
* MS office Applications (Word, Excel, VBA Script, Power Point, Visio & Outlook)
* Power BI
* Smartsheet
* Share point
* SAP\ERP
* 2 - 3 years' experience in logistics, process improvements.
* Knowledge of SQL is advantage.
* Knowledge of operational activity and service in Logistics & Freight.
* Knowledge of logistics operations.
* Knowledge of specific customer needs / requirements for customers requiring Supply Chain.
* They also must be able to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
