Business Improvement & Solutions Partner

Job Purpose: To identify, develop and implement improvements of business
process and technical/non-technical projects across assigned business areas to
achieve the strategic and operational objectives through effective delivery of
key performance indicators (KPI?s) and efficiency improvements. Job Outline: -
Produce, analyse, format and present data in a way that can be easily
understood and applied by others. Interpret data to form hypothesis which can
be articulated to the business as required. - Subject matter expert (SME) in
developing Business Intelligence capabilities across the department to drive
and grow the Business Intelligence maturity. - Responsible for identifying
process enhancement opportunities within the business and providing innovative
technical and non-technical solutions. - Accountable for delivering
innovative, cost-effective end to end results as defined through agreed
internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) for business improvement activities. -
Produce, analyse, format and present data in a way that can be easily
understood and applied by others. Interpret data to form hypothesis which can
be articulated to the business as required. - In collaboration with internal
stakeholders, IT and other support units work towards optimising specific
system functions to improve the departments business performance. - As subject
matter expert, provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders and users on
systems, technology, contracts and processes, and actively seek to
continuously improve them. - Provide data and input to enable a collaborative
approach with the business Projects. - Manage the delivery of small to medium
complex projects, ensure delivery is met within agreed timeframes, cost and
quality. - Where required, responsible for ensuring business-related
activities for IT projects are owned, planned, recorded and executed,
undertaking the project if required. - Support with or prepare the Acceptance
Test Pack for each function, module and system within the various functional
areas to ensure that new releases are rigorously tested prior to
implementation. Assume ownership and responsibility for scope and functional
definition in their respective area.
Qualifications & Experience: Airport Operations.Other : ‎5+ Years Degree or
Honours (‎12+‎3 or equivalent) : Degree relevant to business area Experience in
Flight Operations, Airport or Airline Operations preferred Knowledge/skills: -
Proven background in data analytics, enhancing and developing business
requirements and providing user support preferred. - Strong interpersonal
written and verbal communication skills. - Working knowledge of Microsoft
Office applications including experience with business process mapping
software.
