Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Take initiative to learn and understand the process to fulfil the need of the department and at the same time gain knowledge to work independently in the future
* Support the OTC team in processing the customer orders and close sales orders and purchase orders in the system on time -Clear GR/IR and avoid GIT by timely booking of cost invoices and billing
* Coordinate with Partners, planners and GLSC for the timely processing and delivery of direct orders - Qatar & Syria
* Support / assist in generating the reports and compile the data for the weekly predictive tool
* To ensure proper and timely communication to customers regarding supply chain and delivery issues
Your Qualifications and Experience
* Undergraduate students or fresh graduate interested candidates are welcome to apply
* Knowledge of ERP Systems, strong IT skills
* Broad understanding of supply chain management and its components
* Strong communication skills, persuasive and influential with logistics partners, good interpersonal skills.
