* Responsible for answering and addressing customer queries through calls and chat.
* Should be able analyze customer requirements and proactively make decisions.
* Should be able to multi-task.
* Good decision-making skills
* Good proficiency in english – Written & Verbal
* Flexible to work on a shift schedule (6 days a week).
* Should be able to use MS applications – Excel (advanced skills), Teams, etc.
* Should have some basic experience in a customer support role.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Qualification: Minimum 12th grade graduation.
* Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in chat process. Freshers can also apply if has the right skill set
* Language: Fluency in English & Arabic
* Should be available to join with in 2 weeks
