SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative
products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilising Jotun's
sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve
budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO (Payment Collections / Days Sales
Outstanding) and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and
profitability.


This position is based in Khamis Mushait & will report to the Area Sales
Manager - Retail.
Responsibilities:
* Introduce, promote, and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information.
* Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan well the new openings.
* Follow-up on dealers within allocated geographical territories and ensure that our shops reflecting Jotun identity and distribution strategy by coordinating and monitoring closely with Dealers & shop salesmen to ensure JOTUN products are used and to achieve sales budget.
* Connecting, engaging, and securing sales from painters in the assigned area through follow-up small & medium projects.
* Securing small/medium and maintenance projects and utilize distribution network in the supplying process to awarded projects.
* Have a robust follow-up on collection per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.
* Establish new shops through mapping and allocation of qualified dealers. And coordinate with retail development team to comply the design with Jotun standard.
* Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Laboratory, Technical Service, financial and credit departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service, Customer Complaints and maintain data of active users of CRM
Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing.
* ‎2 - ‎3 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales & Business Development activities.
* Fluency in Arabic & English - both verbally and written.
Location: Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia.
