Sales Coordinator

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Provide in-house sales support to the Decorative team, assisting in their
reporting, KPI monitoring and help them meet customer's need and achieve
department goals and objectives
Responsiblities:
* Support sales staff by monitoring department KPI's.
* Maintain complete database for all documents, agreements, contracts and action logs for Sales Activities.
* Support Decorative sales team by assisting on daily related sales activities, providing pending orders and blocked orders update, customers above the credit limit reports to sales team.
* Provide Customer Statements, timely balance confirmation upon requests to customers & Sales team.
* Coordinate & communicate between different functions to assist in delivery times. Report and follow up service complaints.
* Initiate, Document and Follow-up opening of new account as per authority matrix and requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We Look For:
* A candidate based in Khamis Mushait and have a very good command of both Arabic and English (writing and speaking).
* Candidate with a strong technology skill and have an experience in dealing with programs like MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point), BI APPs, CRM, SAP and Orakel.
* Candidate with very good communication skill, follow up and fast, suitable and responsible response for the given tasks.
