* Strategic Responsibilities :
* Develops and implements strategic plans (Annual training Calendar) for Technical & Training in line with the organizational objectives and the approved yearly plan.
* Conduct the induction training for the new Otis field employees.
* Monitors the deployment of work processes to achieve high performance standards, continuous improvement and compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
* Participates in the development of the workforce plan by providing inputs based on workload analysis and forecasting trends.
* Participates in the implementation of Otis's vision, mission, and cultural values across all employee groups in the Project.
* Manages the implementation of approved training policies, procedures, and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost-effective services.
* Plan strategic KPIs to enhance field operations and improve the productivity,
* Ensure excellent communication with all parties involved in the project.
* Deploy the training needs for the field team in the project for Otis & Subcon employees Like GEN2 scaffold less methods, procedures, and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative.
* Accurately forecast the financial performance of the Project Sales against budgets and identify and capitalize on potential areas for cost reduction and performance improvement opportunities.
* Monitors the deployment of work processes to achieve high performance standards, continuous improvement and compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
* Participates in the development of the workforce plan by providing inputs based on workload analysis and forecasting trends.
* Participates in the implementation of Otis's vision, mission, and cultural values across all employee groups in the Project.
* Manages the implementation of approved Modernization policies, procedures, and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost-effective services.
* initiate improvements to the Project requirements applying the policies and leads the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality services.
* Plan strategic KPIs to enhance field operations and improve the productivity, digitalization, and service excellence in the project as per client requirements and KPI's.
* Ensure excellent communication with all parties involved in the project.
* Prepare, coordinate, and ensure high standard deliveries on the Hajj Season, yearly.
Core Responsibilities
* Identifies and highlights operational and performance problems in the Project and provides support on mitigation activities.
* Reviews the monthly Field performance reports for the Project, implement optimization actions
* Drives regular audits on the project operations on methods and procedures followed and enforces use of market best practices to create process efficiencies.
* Oversea and control the project cost spending and profitability
* Maintain and grow healthy modernization Project portfolio, and the relationship with key client.
* Assesses Project performance against annual sales/orders plans to ensure the service sales/Field targets are achieved in a timely manner.
* Leads submissions of service sales proposals to the clients (developers, contractors etc.) and participates in the sales contracts negotiation in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
* Identifies and highlights operational and performance problems in the Project and provides support on mitigation activities.
* Reviews the monthly sales/Field performance reports for the Project, implement optimization actions
* Assess the quality of service delivered and improve customer satisfaction.
* Drives regular audits on the project operations on methods and procedures followed and enforces use of market best practices to create process efficiencies.
* Leads the effort to conduct quality awareness sessions to keep employees up to date with the relevant quality improvement initiatives in line with established guidelines.
