Job Summary:
Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for Quality Improvement
Initiatives – communicate, implement, and ensure understanding of the
importance and value of utilizing quality tools in continuously improving our
Key Strategies to Achieve Excellence and meet the Shangri-La standards.
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, we rely on you to,
Responsible for training new and existing Colleagues on the utilisation and
benefits of QI initiatives for continuously improving systems and processes.
Performance Monitor (Individual Guest and Events Management) – statistical
analysis and identify key areas of achievement and key areas of improvement.
Present a comparative analysis of results showing change in performance month
on month and year on year, on a monthly as well as yearly basis.
Performance Research – partner with Divisional Trainers in ensuring Divisional
Core and Task Competencies and Standards are adhered to. Statistical analysis
of data and ensure results are communicated throughout the hotel.
Work in partnership with Divisional Trainers to ensure periodic updates of all
QI Initiatives on Notice Board, including identifying training and development
needs or solutions on Bi-Annual basis.
What we are Looking For:
At least 1 year working experience in hotel
Ability to work long hours and shift
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic
language)
Computer Knowledge in Microsoft programs, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
