Job Description
The main objective of the QA Analyst based in KSA is to look after KSA market
as our biggest DDP market in GCC and ensure the full chain is maintained.
He/She needs to work closely with Logistics and commercial areas to ensure
claims are handled properly and work continuously to improve customers
satisfaction.
* Managing claims, complaints and technical queries with all customers and clients in KSA
* Follow-up with production units to ensure a proper investigation was carried out and corrective actions are in place to avoid reoccurrence
* Meet with clients/customers on a regular basis to address their queries and build a strong relationship as well as ensure customer satisfaction
* Attend Customers & Clients queries such as surveys, certificates, visits etc.
* Work closely with production units and commercial areas or whoever department involved in product development based on customer specifications and country regulations
* Take the decision about the non-conforming Product and/or confirming customers claims by evaluating risks involved in terms of food safety, brand and overall business/reputation of the company
* Coordinate market recalls of products when necessary by taking into consideration not to damage the company brand or reputation and lead the technical communication with authorities
* Follow-up on customers claims and ensure to close them in a right way (payment is settled and defected product is destroyed or re-exported)
* Visit cold stores in KSA when needed and work closely with logistics to maintain the cold chain integrity
* Provide training to sales team about claims opening and SalesForce and claims system
* Ensure Achievement of KPIs deployed and targets
* Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BR
Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry or Biology or
degree in Management with modules covering Quality or Food Safety
Desirable requirements
* English & Arabic: Business Proficiency
* Portuguese: Advantage
Professional Skills
* GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge
* Auditing skills awareness and practical experience with internal or external audits
* Full understanding of production processes
* Full understanding & awareness of food legislation in countries of destinations
* Understanding of Food Microbiology
* Handling customers complaints & customer satisfaction programs
Technical Skills
* Microsoft Office (all)

Experience
