Job Description
* Provide technical support to Commercial Team in KSA
* Managing claims/complaints and technical queries with all customers and clients
* Follow-up with production units to ensure a proper investigation was carried out and corrective actions are in place to avoid reoccurrence
* Meet with clients/customers on a regular basis to address their queries and build a strong relationship as well as ensure customer satisfaction
* Implement controls to co-packers / co-manufacturers and ensure audits are done at their facilities when needed
* Work closely with production units, R&D or whoever department involved in product development based on customer specifications and country regulations
* Take the decision about the non-conforming Product and/or confirming customers claims by evaluating risks involved in terms of food safety, brand and overall business/reputation of the company
* Coordinate products recalls from markets if needed by taking into consideration not to damage the company brand or reputation and lead the technical communication with authorities
* Follow-up on customers claims and ensure to close them in a right way (payment is settled and defected product is destroyed or re-exported)
* Ensure Achievement of KPIs deployed and targets
Job Description
* Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
* Assist in one or more processes.
* Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Job Responsibilities
Academic Background
* Bachelor degree / University degree preferably in Food science, Food Engineering, Chemistry or Biology. Or degree in Management with modules covering Quality or food safety
Desirable requirements
* GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge;
* Auditing skills awareness and practical experience with internal or external audits ;
* Full understanding of production processes.
* Full understaning & awareness of food legislations in countries of destinations
* Understanding of Food Microbiology
* Handling customers complaints & customer satisfaction programs
* Microsoft Office (all);
