A Quality Assurance Coordinator, will be responsible for all contracts
processing duties of a designated area.). After sales are made, the QAC
accurately generates contracts and prepares/audits legal documents, collects
payments, scans, supports notary process, and all other necessary processes
until the contract account is complete and ensure it's recordable.
What will I be doing?
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the
following tasks to the highest standards:
* Coordinating the file flow of all deals and performs as a "hub" office by contacting contracts team and corporate audit team
* Contracts Process: Need flexibly to work at remote offices
* Assist sales team by answering questions on contracts, rules/guidelines
* Review all worksheets for accuracy and completeness
* Check inventory availability and update reports
* Contracts Entry for designated area
* Prepare deeding/mail-out documents
* Audit signed documents and collect money to ensure timely transaction.
* Input data, comments and make changes to contract in data management system
* Keep logs on related lists/charts
* Scan contracts documents to Web Application
* Assist notary process, mailout client copies
* Process cancellation/refund
* Send retention/recording documents to other offices
* Post daily money transaction and submit logs to finance team
* Forward lists and copies to sales admin team
* Assist auditing deals mailback
* Any other duties assigned by contracts manager
* Assist sales team until each contract is ready to be posted to owner
* Answer incoming calls from clients regarding contracts process/documents
* Advise payment inquiry from credit card company
