What you will be doing?
* Align marketing initiatives and business strategies for the Saudi Arabia market.
* Creation of the marketing plan in alignment with organizational objectives.
* Accountable to bring solid traction to day-to-day activities.
* Actively participate and provide key strategic inputs during sales reviews.
* Manage, plan and execute regional partner marketing budget.
* Work Constantly with the Zonal sales team and central marketing team to develop and accomplish channel marketing goals at the region.
* Develop and maintain marketing dashboard, reports on marketing activities.
* Branding for Partners, Influencers, Small & Large Format events.
* Connect with Influencer community and associations.
* Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans and lead generation plans with inputs from the Central and Regional team.
* Drive awareness programs to keep partners aware of Tally's latest news and updates.
* Maintain an active and robust event and training calendar for the country.
Who are we looking for?
* Marketing graduate, Masters preferred.
* Prior experience in IT/ITES domains.
* Prior experience in managing field/channel partners.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools and some exposure to Tally.
* Excellent Budget Management and relationship building skills.
* Willingness to travel.
