As the HR Manager in this role, you will be responsible for:
* Manage day-to-day HR operations related to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee services, and other HR activities.
* Leading hiring initiatives in Saudi Arabia and associated programs for graduates and interns.
* Leading and continuously improving corporate onboarding program for newcomers.
* Leading campus recruitment strategy, partnering with our target universities to secure the best talent.
* Bringing creativity to own and lead the execution of P&G's employer of choice branding across online platforms and in-person events, including partnering with internal and external stakeholders on P&G areas of impact.
* Designing and delivery of internal and external employer of choice initiatives with a focus on employer branding, equality & inclusion, community impact, and sustainability, and ethics & compliance.
* Understanding and delivering data insights to influence your internal and external partners and identify improvement areas to deliver the highest impact employer of choice.
Qualifications
* 0-2 years experience in Human Resources or any relevant experience
* Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with relevant major such as Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development or any other relevant majors.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills - effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
* Collaboration skills - effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
* Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence the business
* Excellent administrative skills - able to plan, organize, and execute vital activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy
* Fast learning agility - able to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment
* Know how to lead, set priorities and deliver what you commit to
