At Lucy Electric, we manufacture medium voltage switching and protection
solutions for electrical distribution systems.
As a Materials controller with us, you will be responsible to fulfil all store
activities. You will make Microsoft Dynamics AX transactions on a daily
basis.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Creating and maintaining a stock control in system.
* Making Item Arrival Journal and Product Receipt (GRIN) against each supply
* Posting of transfer orders from Main Warehouse to Production Warehouse as per demand against Production orders.
* Posting movement journal for consumable items on monthly basis.
* Improve count and value accuracy of Perpetual Physical Inventory (PPI)
* Posting of Perpetual Physical Inventory (PPI) through Counting Journal
* Production trial kitting to clear shortages in the system
* DLF line delivery note posting.
* Record keeping (Inv/GRlN) as per ISO requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications: ITI (Fitter or Equivalent)
Knowledge of ERP Systems and process in stores.
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Job-Specific Skills: Work experience in Stores/Warehouse management , AX
Management &
MS Office tools
