Key Responsibilities
Settlement of cash invoice, preparing receipt and accounting of all receipts
including transfers.
Banking Activities: Preparing for bank deposits every morning and any
other communication with Banks as required.
Following up for all receivables, communicating with customer and salesperson
for payment and clarifications.
Preparing each month Ageing report as end of previous month for entire sales
team of and forwarding to Manager.
Sending updated Ageing report to each Salesperson and follow up for the
payments.
We are looking for
1. Minimum 3+ years experience in the relevant roles preferably from the
Freight Forwarding industry.
2. Current experience in the UAE market is a mandatory.
3. Immediately available to join.
