Key responsibilities / Main job tasks
* -Primary job tasks, responsibilities and deliverables of the role- :
* Generating customer invoice, Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final Invoice.
* Submitting Invoices to customers via Web portal, Emails and couriers on daily basis.
* Ensuring that Invoice requirement's, Customer requirements and other details are kept up-to-date.
* Resolving Invoicing errors, Fixing Invoicing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
* Assisting with finance, supply chain, Sales staff
* Assisting to prepare account statements for customers with Receivables team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of basic accounting math, Strong knowledge of VAT, Tax Rules in UAE.
* Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
* Familiar with accounting software
* Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices
* General administrative skills, including managing emails and accounting books
Qualifications
* Graduation, finance or relevant field
* Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
* Language required - English
* -Level- Read/Write
