About You
Ideal candidates would have the following
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology/HR or relevant field
* Minimum of 8 years experience in broad-based HR/Learning and Development Environment; Medical Industry experience would be an advantage
* Proven record of implementing employee development and training plans; performance assessment, appraisal & management
* Strong knowledge of Training Processes and Assessment Techniques
* Exceptional management and influencing skills
* Strong communication skills (English and Arabic)
* Must be residing in Kuwait
