Collect and analyze market information reports to measure the effectiveness of
sales and marketing strategies
1. Collect sales data for Lexus against the competition to execute market
share reports and other relevant reports.
2. Support in identifying the appropriate research methodology and supporting
techniques to design market surveys.
3. Conduct field visits and face to face interviews for data collection.
4. Extract data from SAP - Business Intelligence in order to design market
Research Questionnaires and marketing activities and events.
5. Analyze and summarize information from data collected through research
questionnaires and share with Sr. Marketing Manager to prepare the final
analysis to management.
6. Analyze and summarize information from syndicated data to provide relevant
actionable recommendations to drive decision making and share with Sr.
Marketing Manager to prepare the final analysis to management.
7. Collect and analyze market information for Lexus and competitor's data for
specifications, prices, advertising, catalogues etc. and make recommendations
based on findings for generating creative briefs and identifying potential
opportunities and risks.
8. Prepare required analysis such as Competitors Comparative, Unique Selling
Proposition analysis, SWOT analysis and mapping analysis against competition
for effective formation of marketing strategy.
9. Submit report with conclusions and recommendations about daily sales,
customer profile, salesman performance, etc. for the sales and service unit,
to Sr. Marketing Manager for final report and analysis for management.
10. Maintain and update Lexus Lead Management (LLM) website to ensure
effective support for sales operations.
11. Prepare Traffic reports, TMC report, Market share reports, Aging Report,
Competitors Expected pricing (CEP), Report summary reports and provide regular
updates to business units.
12. Prepare NPS (Net Promoter Score) and Lost Sales Analysis reports for
Lexus sales and service units.
13. Assist in auditing and approving the specifications on Lexus
advertisement.
14. Coordinate and validate with Research Agencies proposal and provide
recommendations on procedures and requirements for studies: Delight-X, Car
Brand Image - CBI and Mystery shopper to be shared with Sr. Marketing Manager
to prepare the final report to management.
15. Provide accurate statistical analysis, in numerical and graphic format,
on a regular basis (monthly) for MEAC and Registration data, ensuring all data
is maintained, and provide statistical analysis on an ad hoc as required.
16. Assist in conducting comparative analysis on accessories business and
filling up studies and questionnaires.
17. Assist in updating, editing all specification sheets for showrooms (both
new & certified).
