Senior Executive assists and provides administrative support to the Legal
Department employees on their daily assignments. The responsibilities
includes:
1. Assist in preparing Employee Investigation Reports in Arabic and English.
2. Maintain and keep all legal records of employee investigation and court
cases.
3. Prepare documents in Arabic for Ministries and Government bodies such as
Courts, Ministry of Justice and Kuwait Municipality for all Group branches and
management, for issuing Government Licenses, Articles of Associations and
other government registrations.
4. Assist in typing and translation of official documents, contracts,
letters, etc.
5. Provide professional support to the Legal Representatives and Lawyers on
their daily assignments handed over by their line manager.
6. Register the assignments of Legal Officers and Legal Representatives in
the computer system and prepare monthly reports for each Officer.
7. Draft legal documents and reports.
8. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on
internal communication portals.
9. Prepare periodic reports and presentations.
10. Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
11. Perform other duties as requested by management.
Minimum Requirements:
Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
with 5 years of experience
Preferably Financial or Legal background
Linguistic Abilities: English and Arabic is a must.
