Job Summary/Purpose


Coordinate the recruitment, selection and on boarding activities for the
assigned business units and ensure adherence to the SLAs.


Job Responsibilities



  • Identify recruitment sources based on best practices and conduct search for CVs.

  • Actively work with Manager Talent Acquisition on Recruitment Practice & Process improvement.

  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System - Success Factor (SAP & EC).

  • Organize local and overseas recruitment drives, Campus interviews.

  • Prepare & coordinate with marketing team for placing ads in newspapers and other media.

  • Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates, set interview panels and arrange interviews.

  • Coordinate with Talent Management Team for Assessment Centers and skill tests.

  • Liaising with Government Relations Section regarding Visa process.

  • Manage on boarding of new hires.

  • Prepare and submit reports to Management as required.

  • Coordinate with Recruitment Agencies and source new vendors as required.

  • Ensure compliance to HR Policies and procedures in general and Recruitment & Selection in particular.

  • Comply with agreed recruitment and on boarding service level agreements.

  • Provide coaching to Stakeholders on new recruitment processes and systems.


Educational Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with ‎5 years of
relevant experience
Linguistic Abilities: Arabic and English is a must.
