Description

Job Purpose

To effectively manage projects and work with the PMO Governance Executive
Manager in large and complex projects to ensure projects meet predefined
business requirements and are delivered on time, budget and to the agreed
quality. Coordinate and collaborate across business areas to ensure the PMO
methodology is adhered to.
Job Accountabilities
Business Specific
* Assist in enforcing project planning, project definition cycle, project management framework and methodology, and monitor adherence/delivery against targets.
* Assist in monitoring ongoing operations of PMO Governance through metric reporting, analysis and identification of variances from the project plans.
* Work with Executive Manager PMO Governance to establish alignment, reporting and, with the Transformation Office and Business Areas, delivery of all project and strategic initiatives against approved scope, risk, benefits, time, cost & quality.
* Oversight of project portfolios to maintain and track bank-wide projects and initiatives to ensure alignment to the Strategic initiatives.
* Undertake regular program and project reviews to assess progress against the annual project delivery plan.
* Carry out continuous reviews of the bank's adherence to the project definition cycle, project management framework and methodology, and take appropriate action.
* Perform program and project metric reporting and analysis.
* Work with Executive Manager PMO Governance to support and promote collaborative program/project support across the bank.
* Work with Executive Manager PMO Governance to conduct project demand management as per resource availability.
* Ensure effective communication of PMO related information to Business Areas and all staff.
* Ensure effective maintenance of the PMO Tool, covering system administration, training and support and reporting of users.

* Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures.

* Ensure compliance with all CBK, GB operational procedures, Risk and AML policies and procedures.

* Quality of reports
* Effectiveness of gap analysis
* Timely execution of planning and reporting processes.
* Satisfactory Bank wide audit, risk, governance and compliance metrics
Qualifications

Education & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR
Knowledge
Sound knowledge of training techniques and methodologies and vendor management
Experience
‎2-‎3 years within HR
