- Communicate the bank 's strategy internally through orientation/sessions
and other
informative channels, and externally to stakeholders; through the preparation
of briefs
with tailored content to be updated quarterly and presented on demand to
internal and
external clients.
* Conduct systematic research into the study of material pertaining predetermined
issues and establish fact-finding assessments with conclusions.
* Work with all divisions & departments to ensure that both the content and the spirit of
the strategy are being implemented and cooperate in executing projects that
would
optimize performance.
* Contribute with ideas and solutions to deal with special projects and issues affecting
the business.
* Assist in the strategic planning department by liaising with the various business
functions ensuring data and material is delivered in a timely fashion.
* Ensure top management is appropriately updated re ongoing issues from
bank's Executives on a regular basis
* Manages and oversees workflow and adherence to policy for department.
* Ensures timeliness of information and efficiency in process and workflow.
* Working with head of strategic planning, forecast and effectively plan for key events,
future meetings, external/internal party needed reports or data, …etc

- Minimum education: Bachelor degree from a recognized university,

* Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (writing and speaking)
