  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop & generate the organization's long-term (strategic) and short-term (operating) plans, goals, objectives and collaborate with the finance department to reflect the strategy in the budget preparation process.

  • Identify and formulate a strategy that enhances the strategic development of the bank.

  • Develop and apply research findings and analyzing trends to ensure relevance and competitiveness of the strategy.

  • Consult with all business units to verify research findings and explore the possibility of adopting new ideas and how that reflects on capacity and resource planning.

  • Constant communication with the finance department to explore different scenarios for budget and capital plans.

  • Achieve synergy among the people, systems, structure and culture ensuring that all are aligned to the organization's strategic plan and that every system and employee pulls in the same direction to maximize output.

  • Classify internal resources in coordination with the related parties that can support or hinder the bank's strategic direction in the context of these developments.

  • Initiate Key strategic initiatives through the provision of strategic tools and support to all departments to facilitate for them the development and implementation of their strategic goals.

  • Work with all divisions/departments to ensure that both the content and the spirit of the strategy are being implemented and cooperate in executing projects that will optimize performance

  • Communicate the approved strategy with all members of the organization in addition to relevant stakeholders.

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Minimum Education

    Bachelor degree in Economic or in Business


Desired Education


Graduate level degree in strategic Planning, financial Management or similar
discipline


Languages


Fluent in Arabic & English ( spoken & written)


Required Experience

‎5-‎7 Years of experience
