About the Client
A prominent Bakery which started as a home-bakery in early 2006, then moved to
a first store 2008, and later expanded to a second store in 2019. Moving
forward, they plan to continue growing locally and internationally, while
maintaining standards and authenticity.
About the Role
Responsible for daily coordination, improvement and execution of all food
manufacturing operations, overseeing production, planning, quality control and
maintenance. You will also be accountable for cost management including
equipment efficiencies, waste, direct labor and materials generating reports
on these financial targets and other KPI's.
About You
Ideal candidate must have;
* Bachelor's Degree (BA) Business or Public administration or related field and a minimum
* Associate degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts is advantageous
* Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in a Senior Management position within the Food and Beverage sector combined with experience in Operations, Sales, Inventory Control, Cost Control, Food Quality and Food Preparation procedures.
* Experience in contract negotiation, business law, purchasing procedures, supervising personnel and labor relations.
* Strong knowledge in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), safety & hygiene regulations.
* Knowledge in Basic accounting (cost control, inventories, P&L).
* A valid food handler's license (Baladiyah card).
