Commercial Support Representative
Key responsibilities
Referring primarily to the Above The Line customers (ATL) management:
* Customer Master Data management
* Quotation and specifications management
* Handling of Technical Service (TS) bookings
* Product and technical advice
* Support the Commercial Organization
* Independently managing BTL customer Accounts
* E-Business Online Portal Support / Customer Management
Key tasks
* Price, bonuses, freights and charges lists creation and maintenance in ERP, and communication with the customer, in alignment with the sales team; customer creation and maintenance in ERP and CRM, including delivery addresses management.
* Technical, commercial quotations, specifications creation and Project submittals, including update the relevant IT systems and communication to the customers.
* Provide technical and product related support for the customers and for the Care organization.
* Update and/or sending commercial and technical related documents to the customers (e.g.: Certificates, Product and Safety Data Sheets, Test Report for Paint Systems, guarantees, customer contracts, Long Term Declaration, etc.).
* Customer analyses related activities and reports.
* Requests a product outside of the assortment.
* Fill and submit the technical complaint related forms and support in the investigation process.
* Support with proofreading of diverse technical marketing materials.
* Occasionally perform commercial support related activities across borders, in accordance with the Commercial support tasks as per the current job description.
* FSM orders creation in the CRM based on the instructions received from the sales team, and final booking in the ERP.
* CRM opportunities creation, based on the information received from Customer / Sales Team.
* E-Business Online Portal Support / Customer Management (Account setup, Support and Training to Customers)
* BTL Customer Management : Creation of quotations and specifications in our IT Systems, CRM Opportunities Pipeline and follow up (BTL), Negotiating & closing deals as per the Authority Matrix Guidelines.
* Any of the key tasks to be processed cross-country in case required.
Required education, experience and job-related skills
* Bachelors Degree
* Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
* Arabic language will be advantage
* 2 years of experience in sales/support or relevant area
* Experience in CRM environment
* Excel skills including Microsoft Office package
* Able to set priorities and responsive to customer requests
* Able to prioritize and meet time-lines
