Job Description
* Ensure to build a quarterly campaign strategy and identify our goals, objectives and tactics.
* Make sure that the campaign elements are achieved starting from planning to execution and plan sequence of communications and interactions with sales team that uses a compelling narrative over time to deliver a defined and measurable outcome and to introduce in detail the campaign focus.
* Conduct Market visits on weekly basis and share suggestions to improve our market presence.
* Monitor leaflet prices and feature share for BRF vs competition for Modern Trade and sharing findings with sales team on weekly basis and take actions accordingly.
* Training the promoters on monthly basis based on BRF focus and keeping them updated about main highlights and product features and ensuring that the turnover in the promoters is less.
* Handling the agencies which provides us with POSM at the best rate and sourcing out the best quality and designs of POSM to keep our products convenient for our customers.
* Handling OOH projects completely and ensure that advertising delivers the right message, at the right time and place, to the right audience.
* Guarantee TM execution (BTL) is well implemented vs the set guidelines.
* Develop Marketing strategies with a key focus on promotional plan.
* Develop and create planogram guidelines for every campaign.
* New promo SKU creation in SAP and with Master data team.
* Create promo plan on monthly basis with weekly follow up based on the volume target.
