Position Overview:

abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure smooth
and efficient operations.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and
delivery deadlines.
Monitor production outputs and quality standards to achieve optimal
efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise the factory team, providing guidance, support, and training
as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to enhance team
performance.
Implement effective communication channels within the team and across
departments.
Resource Allocation:
Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and
materials, to maximize productivity.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of necessary
resources for production.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the production of
high-quality products.
Address any issues related to product defects or deviations from quality
standards.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.

Process Improvement:

Inventory Management:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety
standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process
improvements.
Familiarity with relevant software and systems used in manufacturing.
