Summary / purpose of the position
As part of the company's strategy, objectives, coach the PS Team, ensure
the achievement of objectives, and develop product growth levers and all this
in order to form a high-performing team
Main responsibilities / job expectations
* Set and achieve Performance targets within allocated resources
* Set performance targets
* Forecasting Spending Budgets
* Develop and administer a bonus system
* Manage performance against set objectives
* Identify product growth levers to drive performance
* Implement corrective actions and plans to ensure the achievement of objectives within the allocated budget
* Manage and develop the implementation of Kol strategies
* Recruit, coach and develop a successful PS team
* Lead and develop a specialized PS team
* Inspire and motivate the PS team by fostering teamwork
* Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
* Define the training needs of the PS team and propose an appropriate training program
* Recruit, coach and coordinate the training of new PS representatives
* Define and support the achievement of objectives.
* Accompany employees in the field on double visits
* Analysis, planning and implementation of Performance action plans
* Contribute to the annual budget, strategic and operational plan
* Submit an informative monthly report
* Rigorously track performance
* Ensure that monthly reports submitted by PS representatives are of high quality.
* Conduct a refined analysis of performance by region and city
* Develop KoL management to optimize field activity
* Develop a Performance strategy
* Analyze the operational plan and translate it into a Performance action plan
* Ensure that promotional actions are aligned with the strategy defined for the product
* Master networks of influence, analyze customers in order to identify growth levers on a national level.
