· To maintain customer satisfaction at all times and respond to customer
requirements and problem solving.
· Designing furniture in 3D and 2D and the Knowledge in implementing the
designs in real life and knowing workshops that can implement them with his
supervision and/or follow up.
· Cooperative with management and team members.
· Motivated retail professional with strong sales
Talented listener skilled at fully understanding client goals and budget
limitations to suggest suitable options
Interior design and space-solving abilities
· Make customer records and reports.
· Organize between customers, employees, customization and delivery.
Good sense of dimensions and numbers
Friendly and positive attitude
Good taste in furniture and colors
Sales Designer or engineer sells products with its related accessories. and
knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the products to
their needs, resulting in revenue generation.
In addition, Sales Designer provides input and participates in the marketing,
market planning and technical development of products and services
Places Sales Orders in coordination with the main Office.
Focuses on achievement of assigned sales targets.
Creates customers awareness of other services and products to increase cross-
selling
المهارات
· Minimum 4 years in designing furniture and manufacturing it.
A good Knowledge of 3D and 2D design drawing computer programs is a must.
Good knowledge with customer relations and sales
Expert in speaking ,reading and writing Arabic and English.
· Communication and customer service skills.
· Personal skills: Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated, well organized,
cooperative with team and other people, willing to learn.
· IT skills: experience in emails, windows, Microsoft office. Knowledge in
e-commerce would be an advantage.
· Skilled at selling custom furniture and learn new information quickly
· Years of experience: minimum 4 years ( in interior design and/or sales job).
· Residence location: Kuwait
· Knowledge: in furniture sales, interior design or manufacturing will be a
big advantage.
