The Role
Introduction And Job Description
* Ensure the processing of received orders for fixed prices. Quotations from IQ ² are converted to a service order via COPS, as soon as the work has been completed, these are charged to the customer.
* Actively supports services and repair types ad-hoc, fixed price and advanced services.
* Follow up the invoicing of work carried against Customer PO to match adequate invoice requested by salesman and customer.
* Checks the stocks, places additional orders in compliance with company's procedures
* Issues electronic invoices for all the internal and external service orders.
* Follow any disputes regarding billing, stock return, credit notes.
* To maintain and update all CTS service data into the system accurately.
* Provides professional administration support for Service team (Sales Engineers, Planner, Technical Support and Field Service Engineers) and Customers, to ensure aftermarket processes are flowing effectively and accurately
* Manages new customers, updating existing customers data.
* Manages the Equipment Installed Base by creating new equipment, updating existing equipment, administration of cross-border process.
* Strive to constantly improve processes and system faults with different support teams.
* Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure that all daily/weekly/monthly activities are fulfilled
* Achieve target KPI's and export relevant reports.
* Booking costs related to service orders to verify profitability.
* Provide an efficient administrative service for warranty claims and procedures in liaison with our technical support specialists and field service engineers.
* Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

* ‎2+ years of experience working as sales/service admin support role in a multinational customer oriented environment
Knowledge and Competences
* Good level of knowledge and use of MS Office
* Knowledge and experience of ERP systems
* Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage
* Invoice processing
* Very good command of English

Educational Requirements

* Bachelor degree with specialization in commerce/accounting or equivalent
* Additional engineering or industrial background would be a strong advantage
