Your Role


Atlas Copco Gas & Process Division is continuously growing and in order to
cater our global customer base, we are looking for qualified and experienced
candidate to be a part of our regional team.


In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for handling the
entire service visit from scheduling, planning and preparations, spare parts
requests and dispatch and till the successful invoicing and close-out of the
service visit.


The successful candidate will also be required to process spare parts orders
for different customers as assigned during the probation period. He/ She will
work in closed cooperation with the regional team to optimize the efficiency
of the aftermarket service business.


The main responsibilities and tasks including, but are not limited to:



  • Organize the timely planning of service job assignments and ensure that the deployments are planned according to the customer requirements.

  • Administer the deployments for the field service engineers (e.g. air tickets, accommodation, insurance, visa, coordination with agents and gate pass requirements, etc) and submit the documents to the customer.

  • Order booking and invoicing in SAP with proactive follow up with the product company to meet the committed deadline for Parts & Services.

  • Proactively manage the inbound shipments of parts in coordination with the service schedules.

  • Coordinate proactively with different sales teams regarding the planning of upcoming job assignments.

  • Coordinate with the customers regarding changes in deployment schedules and update the customer accordingly, if in case of any change.

  • Liaise and coordinate with the product companies regarding service job requests, technical support and training opportunities and maintain the extensive communication channel.

  • Maintain, organize and archive the time sheets and encode all hours in the SAP system.

  • Maintain and archive the field service reports and submit them to product companies and customers.

  • Timely invoicing in coordination with the product company and the Sales teams.

  • Update the deployment schedule and ensure that all filed service engineers informed well in advance.

  • Update the service relate information in CRM (service reports, timesheets, etc).

  • Generate monthly KPI and utilization reports.

  • Perform assigned duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.

  • Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done in a timely manner and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary.

  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the Operations manager.


    To succeed, you will need
    Experience requirements
    Experience in scheduling of people or processes
    Experience with spare parts administration
    Logistics experience.
    Experience with service operations
    Good verbal and written communication skills
    Strong organizational skills

    Knowledge

    Familiar with Microsoft Office products, particular with Word and Excel
    In depth knowledge of SAP systems
    Good command of English, both written and oral

    Educational requirements

    Bachelor 's degree in business administration, or equivalent

    Personality requirements

    Able to work independently and as a team player.
    Self-motivated, self-confident and dynamic person.
    Excellent interpersonal skills.
    Highly flexible and willing to adapt working time to business requirements.
