We are currently looking for Learning and Development Manager
The Learning & Development Manager co-ordinates and organizes a range of
development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company's
clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals. The Learning &
Development Manager must systematically analyze the Hotels training needs and
deliver relevant learning, plan and co-ordinate the production of Departmental
Training Plans, act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on
department related training issues, source and recommend appropriate external
training organizations or resources, maintain a current knowledge of statutory
requirements and develop creative and innovative training programs.
Requirements :
- 1 - 4 years of experience (Same Position)
* Excellent command of English
