Job Purpose
Leads local markets by engaging in sales and relationship building with
existing and potential accounts. Focuses on growing Al Ahram Beverages
Company's (ABC) volume and distribution to meet sales goals while portraying
the company's brand and culture.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manages the commercial operations of many Drinkies locations in a given region.

  • Ensures that the region's product availability, visibility, volume, market share, quality, and customer pricing targets are met.

  • Improves the emphasis on quality, service, cleanliness, and value in order to attain overall client satisfaction.

  • Deals with all external stakeholders and is in charge of money management.

  • Deals with a variety of government agencies and business owners involved with civil defense, industrial security, transportation facilities, permits, ads, and the execution of environmental and surface laws.

  • Develops and executes operational guidelines for Drinkies locations.

  • Prepares a monthly sales projection for each location.

  • Manages an efficient and successful regional team through on-the-job training, encouragement, coaching, and staff development.

  • Meets availability, visibility, volume, quality, and customer pricing objectives within the appropriate region.

  • Ensures that Area Managers respond effectively to competitive threats in their respective areas.

  • Integrates and consolidates market evaluations conducted by the region's Area Managers.

  • Leads the distribution strategy for business brands within separate areas, guaranteeing maximum availability in accordance with brand plans, distribution guidelines, and market demands.

  • Manages regional equipment and materials to ensure asset utilization is maximized.

  • Delivers the target volumes and distribution targets specified in the region plan.

  • Maintains the store's fleet in order to reduce delivery time.

  • Builds and maintains quality connections with key distributors and decision makers in the region to improve sales capabilities.

  • Communicates with the head of Drinkies on a daily basis to ensure that concerns are handled in a timely manner.

  • Performs random inventory inspections in the shops.

  • Ensures that all drivers follow and implement safety regulations, and monitors their driving performance using GPS.

  • Follows up on employee vacations and ensures that they are entered into a system in accordance with the yearly plan (sick leave, annual , work mission, etc.).

  • Follows up on shop supplies and closings on a monthly basis.

  • Negotiates rentals, whether in terms of amount or contract renewal following contract termination.

  • Ensures that contracts of existing shops are renewed.

  • Coordinates all legal issues with the Legal department.

  • Plans and develops personnel recruiting in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.

Education & Experiences
Educational Background


Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferable


Years of Experience


‎7 - ‎10 years experience in Retail Sales
‎5+ years of experience in Managerial Position
