Job description:
* Role and responsibilities
* Coordinates Field services operations, ensures compliance with established sales and cost budgets and schedules
* Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers
* Maintains monthly reporting's on P&L financials
* Reviews and approves Field Service Orders and in country invoices
* Maintains existing and develops relationships with clients, agents and suppliers
* Visits clients as required to review operations.
* Works within the defined contract and issues notices on those operations that increase scope
* Checks that all field procedures are received, accurate, followed and signed-off on
* Insure that all log ledger inputs are Invoiced to the Customers
* Approves expenses within authorized budget
* Ensures facility compliance with Environmental and HSE regulations
* Tracks performance of key financial indicators, local purchasing, backlog status, inventory management and service utilization. Prepares reports to management regarding the above and identifies opportunities for improvement
* Coordination of technical teams including onshore and/or offshore personnel
• Location : Egypt - Cairo

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 7+ years of technical field Service or equivalent technical experience.
* Technical background in Surface products is required.
* Technical school training with strong mechanical aptitude.
* PC skills (MSOffice) with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software Fluent in English
* Be committed and proactive, Have a strong sense of collaboration, Able to make decisions and learn from every situation
* speak English proficiently, be adaptable and work in multicultural environment
