Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be expected to:
* Own all Supply Chain Management Operations activities under file management for the customers under the purview
* Handle all file management activities post booking
* Manage the documentation, system updates, and operational finance
* Manage end-to-end shipment process, in compliance with relevant company procedures and agreements with the customer
* Own all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders
* Provide the most reliable and efficient service to our customers at the lowest possible cost
* Develop and implement a strategy to create customizable solutions based on customer needs while maintaining standard product offerings
We are looking for:
* Fresh graduates - 2 years of experience in the logistics industry preferable
* University/Bachelor's degree
* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently deliver on time every time
* Positive attitude and proactive collaboration
* Good stakeholder management and customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English is instrumental
