Job Purpose and Impact
As Key Account Manager you will be combining the strategic planning, long and
short term, with face to face selling. Both aspects, strategic planning and
selling, are focused on creating the maximum value for our key accounts in
Egypt by providing a wide range of products, services and solutions. You will
be dealing with the bigger poultry players in the Egyptian market which
requires to have a good understanding of their business, needs, complexity and
managing all the relevant stakeholders to further build and strengthen the
business. Key Accountabilities
Help identify and lead interactions with assigned group of customers to
identify the needs and strategic objectives; Participate in resolving problems
and ensuring customers receive high quality service; With minimal mentorship,
develop client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing
profitable business with assigned accounts; Review and report on customer
retention, business opportunities and market trends; Independently handle
complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most
complex issues to appropriate staff; Other duties as assigned, e.g. business
planning, forecasting, project management. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Prefered Qualifications Minimum of four years’ experience in sales position,
preferably Key Account Management; Experience in sales and providing solutions
based on customer needs; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with
aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational
levels; Excellent organizational skills; Ability in problem-solving and
negotiation; Good knowledge and experience in the animal nutrition industry;
Fluent Arabic and English.
