  • Work will be in our ‎220 Meter ‎2 Floors Branch in Nasr City Behind Teba Mall .

  • Will be responsible for :

  • All work will be on CRM , Erp System & Ecommerce Website

  • Offline Daily Customer Review and Feedbacks

  • Online responses on Social media Platforms Fb & Instagram,…etc

  • Handling Customers Complaints, Monthly Follow up with previous customers

  • Shipping orders and follow up with shipping companies

  • Mobile & Whatsapp responses

  • any other aspect related to the position

  • weekly Reports of the previous aspects
