Consultants work in a consultative manner to understand the customer
situation, create the services solution that resolve their IT issues and
brings the solution into a proposal. The Presales Consultant works in close
alignment with Field Services Presales, Services Sales, Services Delivery
Teams, and product presales and account teams to position the Dell solution
that best meets customer requirements and expected outcomes. DTS
transformation services cover a wide range of technologies and solutions and
span across our Consulting, Deployment, Residency, Support and Managed
services, all aligned with our Data Center product portfolio (Storage, Data
Protection, Servers, Converged/Hyperconverged infrastructure and Network). We

Join us as a Services Presales Consultant in our Dell Technologies Services
Presales team in Cairo.
As a Services Presales Consultant you will be supporting and working tightly
together with our Field and Services Presales Consultants in the selected
regions, enabling you to learn and grow in the heart of IT transformation and
digitalization.
What you'll achieve:
The Services Presales Consultant will work together Dell teams in the selected
region on building services solutions, proposals, Customer presentation
materials, Services responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of
Work (SOW) creation and review, effort estimation and transition of work to
the delivery organization. Great position to grow into a customer facing
transformational presales consultant, in your choice of specialty and skills
area.
You Will:
* Support Dell teams in selecting the right services solution for various sales cases. Ensure the solution has all services elements to enable delivery to implement the solution.
* Understand the level of efforts required to complete deployment of the various Data Center technologies and learn the transformational services enabling customers on their Multi-Cloud, Data Center and Automation/Integration journeys.
* Support a selected region and work on opportunities across the different customer cases in the region and work together with the Senior Services Presales Consultant on more complex solutions.
* Manage Solution development (leveraging expertise from other disciplines) including solution design, scope documents, risk profile, and financials; work together with the Subject Matter Experts and Solution Architects in the Solution definition and services effort estimates.
* Create deliverables, responses and SoW based on Dell Services offers according to the Solution needs and ensure internal Services Deal Governance is applied to all proposals and responses (RFP and SOWs)

Essential Requirements:
* Experience with Data Center products and solutions
* Proven skills and experience in constructing services solutions (scope services, assemble effort estimates, plan programs and work packages)
* Understanding of a services P&L and commercial models such as Fixed Price and T&M
* Effective professional communication skills in English
* Attention to detail and strong writing skills and demonstrated ability to document solutions for the customer.
Desirable Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* ‎4 to ‎8 years of related experience in a professional role
* Previous experience of acting as a presales consultant or solution architect
* Knowledge, understanding and application of Project Management concepts and methodologies
* Thrive to learn and grow in IT transformation areas such as Multi Cloud solutions, Data Center, Virtualization, Automation, Infrastructure-as-Code.
